Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and DIGITAL MIND LIMITE ("AgentBody", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of agentbody.io, the AgentBody Console, documentation, APIs, Skills, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and API keys

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Keep API keys confidential, use them only for authorized purposes, and notify us promptly if a key is exposed or misused.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and keys, except to the extent caused by our breach or unauthorized action on our systems.
• We may suspend or revoke access, keys, or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, or a Terms violation.

API use and restrictions

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and the relevant documentation. You must not:

• Use the Service for fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, impersonation, or other unlawful activity.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, credit accounting, rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer API keys or account access except as expressly permitted by us.
• Use API results to make high-impact decisions about people without appropriate human review, legal basis, and safeguards.
• Submit secrets, payment card data, or sensitive personal information unless expressly required and permitted by the relevant API documentation.

Credits, billing, and refunds

Credits are prepaid usage balances for the Service. Available pricing, package options, and usage accounting are shown in the Console and may change prospectively. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed except as required by law. Payment processing is provided through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Third-party data and services

The Service may rely on third-party data sources, infrastructure, payment services, authentication providers, or other services. We do not guarantee that third-party data is complete, accurate, current, lawful for your intended use, or continuously available. You are responsible for validating outputs and complying with obligations applicable to your use of them.

Intellectual property and feedback

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, branding, and materials provided by us. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable charges, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the Service. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular results, or that API results will satisfy your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL MIND LIMITE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or HKD 1,000 if you paid nothing. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a security concern, legal requirement, non-payment, material breach, or operational reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

Changes and contact
