This Privacy Policy explains how DIGITAL MIND LIMITE ("AgentBody", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use agentbody.io, the AgentBody Console, our documentation, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

Account and authentication information

When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address, authentication credentials or verification-code records, Google account identity information when you choose Google sign-in, session information, and account security data.

Service and usage information

• API key metadata, account identifiers, credit balance, billing status, and usage records.
• API request metadata such as endpoint, timestamps, status, duration, and credit usage.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device, diagnostic, and security data.
• Information you send to us, including support, privacy, and refund requests.

Do not submit secrets, payment card data, or sensitive personal information in API requests unless the relevant API documentation expressly permits it. API outputs may contain data retrieved from external sources and should be handled according to your own legal and security obligations.

How we use information

• Provide, authenticate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process credit purchases, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, and provide billing support.
• Measure API usage, enforce quotas and account controls, and maintain audit records.
• Respond to requests and send transactional or security-related communications.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, protect our rights, and comply with law.

Service providers

We may use carefully selected providers to operate the Service. Depending on the feature you use, these may include Google for authentication and related services, Stripe for payment processing, Google Tag Manager for managing analytics and site tags, email delivery providers for authentication and transactional messages, database and hosting providers, and security or observability providers. These providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We may also use local storage for preferences such as the selected theme. Google Tag Manager is loaded on the site to manage tags; tags configured through it may use cookies or similar technologies depending on the active configuration. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

Retention and international transfers

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and accounting records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. DIGITAL MIND LIMITE is located in Hong Kong, and our providers or infrastructure may process information in other countries. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly provide accounts to individuals under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
